Grid 16

Game Reviews, Online

There are a lot of online games. Let me repeat, a lot. Of course, many are the same game with different names, such as a classic favorite game that goes by the name of Jetman, Helicopter, or something else. I like to refer to it as the game where you make a “thing” go up and down and make sure that it does not hit any obstacles. People generally get the idea when I give it that title.

However, my friend recently showed me an online game that is similar to other games, but very unique as well. It is called Grid 16. If you are a fan of games such as that Helicopter/Jetman game or the game called Falldown, as many scientific calculator owners would know it as, this game is just for you!

Pretty much, there is a grid of sixteen games. Each game is different from the other; although some do have similar characteristics. You do not need your mouse, but you do need the arrows on your keyboard. Pretty much, you use the arrows to direct your “player” (usually a circle or a square) in each mini game. Every mini game is “visited” for only a few seconds and then, if you don’t die during that game in the time frame, you move on to the next randomly assigned game. If you do die, the screen will turn black, and that mini game is no longer accessible. As time goes on, more and more games get eliminated. Each game is “visited,” meaning that you play a little bit and the game remembers where you left off, so when the computer randomly decides to go back to that game, you’ll start where you left off. The game also gets faster and faster.

Well, the game itself doesn’t really come with instructions, so I’ve given you WAY more than enough. Find out for yourself what this game has to offer! It’s a ton of fun!
