Namely, if the hero of a game is white, can some/any of the villains be of a different ethnicity, without at the same time implying racism/bias? Seems like there was something in the news recently about a Resident Evil game that took place in Africa, and that some of the zombies were black. That's the type of issue that game designers have to tread around - basically, offending people directly and indirectly.
